Are your operations environmentally friendly?
Yes, our operations are environmentally friendly. We deliberately make extra efforts to ensure that we contribute in which ever way possible to the preservation of the environment and the earth in the course of our business activities.
Are your cleaners trained?
Yes our cleaners are trained. Even though it might be easily misjudged that cleaning activities can be done by anybody, yet in SSL, we recognise the fact that cleaning is not that simple because different cleaning needs require different cleaning materials and process which in our own view as professionals cannot be left to chance. Hence we provide initial and regular training to our staff to serve our clients better.
Do you provide holiday or sick leave cover?
Yes we do. While we do agree that it is better to have a regular cleaner for our domestic and corporate clients, we also appreciate the fact that nature could takes its toll once in a while whether for holiday needs, sick leave or otherwise. We therefore pride ourselves of a system that provides a seamless cover in such instances.
Do you perform routine checks on your cleaners?
Yes we do. This is to ensure above standard quality of work, punctuality and adherence to operations policies.
Do you require references from your staff?
Yes we do. Our business is a business of trust and integrity. Before recruiting and let you open your home or office to our cleaners we would have carried out a full disclosure check and also very at least 2 suitable references to ensure that SSL and our clients are not unduly exposed.
